It was a really really nice experience. Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 2 nights only. We had a continental breakfast with a huge variety of options.

I recently stayed at a budget motel located between two popular destinations. The motel, although in need of updating, had clean rooms and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the managers' willingness to make an exception to their no-pets policy and accommodate me and my dogs. This gesture was greatly appreciated, especially considering the limited availability of other accommodations in the area. The managers' kindness and helpfulness made a positive impact on my stay.

The best thing i liked about staying at the Americas Best Value Inn was it was only minutes away from everything, just step out of the room and it would take you anywhere you needed to go without the long travel. I would recomend this hotel to my friends in a heartbeat.

Good facilities in room: fridge, microwave, tv (of course), desk, easy chair... Above-average continental breakfast. Convenient to Bates College Campus events and The Auburn Mall. Just off busy street in Auburn with lots of shops, stores, fast food, etc. Not a beautiful location, but very convenient. A good value, especially for a short stay.

A bit skimpy on bathroom supplies, towels, etc.

The hotel was in a favourable location, to another establishment for morning coffee. The unit we got was largewith super comfy beds and microwave, as for instance.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient bike storage and repair workshop offered by the hotel. It made it easy for us to store our bikes and ensure they were in top condition for our rides.

We felt so at home during our stay, we had no complaints at all.
